PLACENTA need no introduction. The five Berlin guys are present for many years in German metal underground and have made a name for themselves after four studio productions. After an thirteen-year history and countless gigs all over Germany and Europe, the formation, which once started as a punk band, represents a fixed constant. The Berlin music extremists gained their status with qualitative constancy of their releases and impressive live shows. Meanwhile the band has earned a remarkable impact on the scene and a loyal fan base with their unique blend of harmony and hardness. In winter 2013 new album “Missgunst & Neid” will appear, with which PLACENTA will provide their answer to dead-produced ubiquitous US-trendcore.
